Chef Fabrizio Facchini is the Cooks Alliance Chair Council for Slow Food New York State and the Co-Chair Committee for Cooks Alliance for Slow Food USA.  Since many years, Fabrizio is part of the Slow Food Cooks Alliance in Italy and the USA.
